Vyshnevskyi Valentyn Petrovych - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Honorary Doctor of the International Personnel Academy, Excellence in Education of Ukraine.

For his significant contribution to the development of Ukraine’s education, he was awarded Honorary Diplomas by the President of Ukraine and the Medal of Kostya Gordienko of the Ministry of Education and Science.

The main  scientific interests - problems of optimization of scientific management of labor resources of society, professional orientation and professional self-determination of young people, professional adaptation of workers. He has more than 150 scientific and scientific-methodical publications of domestic and foreign publications. He constantly directs researches of postgraduate. Under his leadership 3 PhD theses were defended.
