The Student Council of Kherson Institute of MAUP is the student self-governing body that represents and protects the rights and interests of students, promoting their active participation in the educational, scientific, cultural, and public life of the institute.
The activities of the Student Council are based on the principles of democracy, openness, equality, initiative, and responsibility. The Student Council serves as an important communication link between the student community and the institute administration.
Main Areas of Activity:
Representing student interests in the institute’s governing bodies
Participating in decisions regarding the organization of the educational process and student life
Promoting students’ rights and ensuring their social protection
Initiating and implementing cultural, educational, sports, and charitable events
Supporting student initiatives, projects, and volunteer activities
Fostering active citizenship and developing students’ leadership skills
Assisting first-year students in adapting to university life
Organization of Work
The Student Council operates in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, the MAUP Charter, and the Regulations on Student Self-Government. Decisions of the Student Council are made collectively and implemented in cooperation with the institute administration.
