Applicants must submit the following documents:
Passport (original and copy)
For military conscripts – 2 copies.
If submitting a passport with a contactless electronic chip, it is necessary to add a copy of the residence registration certificate/extract.
Identification Number (original and copy).
Document of previous education that is the basis for admission, or foreign document of previous education with National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) results from 2025 (original and copy).
Appendix with grades to the document of previous education (original and copy of all pages).
NMT Certificate for admission to the Bachelor's program or exam sheet of the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) / Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE) (for admission to Master's programs).
Printed results of NMT / UEE / UPEE on clean A4 sheets.
Marriage or name change certificate, if applicable (original and copy).
Four color photographs (3x4 cm).
Military ID (for those over 25) or temporary military certificate (for those over 25), or military registration certificate (for those under 25), or extract from the "Reserve+" mobile app (original and 2 copies).
Extract or copy of the order from the commander of the military unit granting permission to study without interrupting military service (for active servicemen).
Motivational letter, printed in electronic form and also printed on a clean A4 sheet.

In case of admission to Master's programs in the specialties "LAW" and "PSYCHOLOGY", two education documents are required: a Bachelor's degree and a high school diploma, as well as their apostille and notarized translation into Polish.
