Attention to Applicants for the 2025–2026 Academic Year!

Motivation Letter

The motivation letter is a mandatory part of the admission process and must be submitted through the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Applicant Registration

Applicants who apply:

  • on the basis of a Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education (11 years of schooling); or

  • on the basis of a Junior Specialist diploma

for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree must register on the website testportal.gov.ua in order to create a registration card.

Multi-Subject Test

Applicants taking the Multi-Subject Test must choose three subjects:

  • Ukrainian Language;

  • Mathematics;

  • History of Ukraine.

The list of subjects is the same for all specialties.

List of Required Documents

Admission to IAPM under the Ukrainian Educational Program

Applicants must submit:

  • a motivation letter (submitted via the Ministry of Education and Science website);

  • passport (original and copy);
    if a passport with a contactless electronic chip is submitted, a copy of the certificate / extract confirming the place of residence registration must also be provided;

  • taxpayer identification number (original and copy);

  • document confirming previous education (original and copy);

  • transcript with grades attached to the previous education document (original and copy);

  • External Independent Evaluation (EIE / ZNO) certificates;

  • printed EIE (ZNO) results on A4 sheets;

  • document confirming a change of surname, name, or patronymic (if applicable);

  • four color photographs sized 3×4 cm;

  • military ID card or certificate of military registration (two copies);

  • medical certificate form 086-U (for admission to medical specialties).

Admission under the Polish–Ukrainian Educational Program

Applicants must submit scanned copies of documents on an electronic storage device (preferably a USB flash drive):

  • passport;

  • taxpayer identification number;

  • certificate of complete general secondary education;

  • document confirming previous education and its transcript;

  • document confirming a change of personal data (if applicable);

  • one color photograph sized 3×4 cm.
