Accreditation of the Educational Program “Management” (2026)

The Kherson Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management provides higher education in the field of Management in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on higher education.

In 2026, the educational program “Management” undergoes the accreditation procedure, aimed at confirming the quality of the educational process, compliance of the program content with current labor market needs, and national higher education standards.

Purpose of Accreditation

The accreditation of the educational program is intended to:

  • confirm compliance of the program with higher education standards;

  • assess the quality of educational and methodological support;

  • evaluate academic staff qualifications and material and technical resources;

  • ensure transparency and openness of the educational process;

  • enhance the competitiveness of graduates.

Educational Program “Management”

The educational program is designed to develop modern managerial competencies, analytical thinking, strategic planning skills, and the ability to organize and control the activities of enterprises, institutions, and organizations of various forms of ownership.

The educational process combines:

  • theoretical training;

  • practice-oriented learning;

  • the use of modern educational technologies;

  • participation of students in research and project activities.
