Cooperation between Kherson Institute of PJSC "MAUP" and JSC "TASKOMBANK"

Cooperation Agreement
The Kherson Institute of the Private Joint-Stock Company “Higher Educational Institution ‘Interregional Academy of Personnel Management’” and JSC “TASKOMBANK” have signed an Agreement on Cooperation and the organization of internships for students, recognizing each other as strategic partners and directing their efforts towards developing collaboration in educational, production, and innovative spheres. Cooperation will be carried out based on equality, mutual benefit, fair business partnership, and support for mutual business contacts.

Purpose of Cooperation
The purpose of the cooperation is to:

• Ensure high professional training of specialists through the combination of the intellectual potential and corporate resources of the Parties;

• Conduct joint scientific and educational events;

• Organize and conduct various types of internships for higher education students specializing in “Management”;

• Exchange information necessary for the joint activities of the Parties.

Areas of Cooperation
The Agreement aims to support the following areas of cooperation:

• Assistance in developing the educational environment of the Department of Management and Economics of the Kherson Institute of PJSC “MAUP”;

• Organization of joint educational activities for the targeted training of students in the specialty “Management”;

• Consultation on the equipment of classrooms for training specialists in “Management” to ensure the educational process and conduct scientific research;

• Involvement of specialists from JSC “TASKOMBANK” in delivering “guest lectures” for higher education students in the specialty “Management”;

• Involvement of graduates of educational programs in specialty 075 “Management” for employment.

Opportunities for Students
Partnership with JSC “TASKOMBANK” provides students with the opportunity to gain and consolidate practical skills in the following areas of the Educational and Professional Program (EPP) “Management”:

• Finance, Money, and Credit

• Accounting and Auditing

• Corporate Finance

Joint Activities
Higher education students of the Kherson Institute can look forward to joint meetings, round tables, training sessions, guest lectures, and workshops. Academic staff are committed to working with stakeholders to improve the training of students under the EPP “Management.”
