Olena Kiriichenko, the Top Manager of Brand No.1 in Ukraine – the "OKKO" company, introduced the students to the organization of work at the enterprise, modern electronic document management technologies, and shared insights into the innovations the company continuously implements in its management processes.
During the conversation, the students were able to determine the type of organizational structure at "OKKO" and discuss the role of the manager in a modern company as well as the career growth prospects for managers.
