EXCURSION OF STUDENTS DURING THEIR TRAINING PRACTICE AT "CRAFT CHEESE DAIRY"

[if {option-img}=true] <p data-start=On December 16, 2024, students of Kherson Institute of PrJSC "Higher Educational Institution MAUP," as part of their training practice, visited the private enterprise "Craft Cheese Dairy."

The owner and technologist of the enterprise, Halyna Fedorivna Kursova, clearly explained the main objectives of the company, conducted a tour of the production workshop, and showed the room where cheese heads are aged. Students also learned about the specifics of managing a family business and selling craft cheeses in the modern market.
