<p data-start=PrJSC "Higher Educational Institution MAUP" pays special attention to developing soft skills in students.

Soft skills enable success regardless of the field of activity or professional direction. They are traditionally considered social skills, including the ability to persuade, connect with people, lead, communicate interpersonally, negotiate, work in teams, pursue personal development, manage time, demonstrate erudition, creativity, and more.

Students, when surveyed, emphasize that soft skills are important both professionally and personally. Many of these skills are used to achieve goals, and the higher a person climbs in their career, the more significant social skills become, while technical or professional skills take a secondary role.

The topic of developing soft skills was discussed at the institute’s scientific-methodological council, with each instructor sharing their experience in this area. Trainings are conducted regularly, and the student project PRO-LEADERSHIPcontinues to work on cultivating leadership qualities.
