Participation in the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition

<p data-start=Students of the Kherson Institute of MAUP in the specialty “Law” took part in the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition.

The students of the Law program at the Kherson Institute of PJSC “Higher Educational Institution MAUP” actively participated in the All-Ukrainian Student Research Competition, which was held among higher education institutions across Ukraine.

Ilya Piterov presented his research paper on “Grounds and Procedures for Applying Police Coercive Measures”, examining the legal foundations and conditions under which police authorities can apply coercive measures to offenders, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of these measures in maintaining law and order.

Marіana Stadnik presented her paper on “Restrictive Measures in Criminal Law”, exploring various ways to limit the rights of individuals who have committed criminal offenses, the role of restrictive measures in the criminal justice process, and their impact on ensuring legality and public order.

Both works were highly appreciated by the competition jury, demonstrating the high level of scientific training of the students and their ability to research important legal issues in the fields of criminal and administrative law.
