On May 12, 2021, the Department of Legal Disciplines held a regular meeting of the scientific circle “Power of Law”, dedicated to the highly important topic for contemporary Ukrainian society — the protection of human rights.

During the session, students and faculty thoroughly discussed the main mechanisms for the legal protection of human rights in Ukraine, with particular attention to the existing challenges and future prospects in this area. One of the key discussion points was the analysis of the effectiveness of national legislation and the role of international organizations in ensuring human rights.

  • What international mechanisms for human rights protection operate in Ukraine?
