Today, Kherson Institute hosted an open lecture on the topic "To Serve and Protect: The Role of the Security Police in a Rule-of-Law State" with representatives from the Security Police Department of Chernivtsi region.

Undergraduate students had the opportunity to learn about the powers and functions of this agency.

Vladyslav Dudar, an engineer at the Centralized Monitoring Station of the Security Police, spoke about the protective activities carried out by the Security Police and demonstrated the main technical security equipment. Students were also shown the gear and uniform used by Security Police officers.
