We are thrilled to announce that Elena Lanivska, a student of the Kherson Institute of MAUP and a combat medic, has been honored with the “Golden Cross” award by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.
Elena joined the volunteer battalion “Hospitallers” after the full-scale invasion began in March 2022, and later was mobilized into the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
She continues her mission on the front lines, saving the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
