The Department of Economics and Management is a specialized department offering education for the specializations "Management" and "Economics". In the process of preparing specialists, we aim to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, while also focusing on developing their cognitive potential, creativity, and professional abilities, with an emphasis on self-education.
The educational plans ensure the creation of a solid foundation for specialists, maintaining a balance between fundamental and specialized courses, combining mandatory and elective disciplines, and emphasizing continuous practical training.
Scientific and Pedagogical Work of the Department
Development of Educational and Methodical Materials: This includes working programs, syllabi for courses, practice programs, textbooks, and methodical guidelines.

Scientific Activities of the Department
The scientific activity of the department is focused on fundamental research, particularly in the following areas:
"Mechanisms for the Development of Innovative Management Methods and Models in the Context of Ukraine's Digital Economy" (supervised by Dr. N.P. Novak).
"Financial Support for Business Activities in the Face of Global Challenges" (supervised by Assoc. Prof. I.I. Zhuk).
Faculty members regularly undergo internships both within Ukraine and abroad, publish research papers, and are involved in international research projects. They also prepare monographs and contribute to national and international scientific journals, including those indexed in Scopus.
Student Scientific Circle
The student scientific circle "Economics and Management in the 21st Century" is dedicated to deepening students' understanding of the subjects taught. Members of this circle are also involved in scientific projects, organizing and conducting annual scientific events.
